About us

Shubhkamnaye (shubhkamnaye.in) is a free website. We believe sending festival greetings should be easy for everyone, whether you are new to smartphones or chat with family on WhatsApp every day. So everything here uses large text, few buttons and three simple steps.

What we offer

• Name photos: beautiful designs for Dhanteras, Diwali, Bhai Dooj, Chhath, Dev Deepawali, Guru Nanak Jayanti, Christmas, New Year, Lohri and Makar Sankranti, with your or your family’s name on them. Every photo is made in WhatsApp Status size.
• Name videos: a 15 second animated video with gentle music, made for WhatsApp Status.
• Wishes: hand-picked messages and shayari in Hindi and English for family, children, siblings, friends, in-laws and customers.
• Photo gallery: ready photos for every festival that you can send or save directly.
• Festival guide: the date, meaning and traditions of each festival.

How it works

1. Type your name. A name typed in English letters turns into Hindi with one tap.
2. Pick a design you like.
3. Tap “Send on WhatsApp”.

Photos and videos are made on your own phone. We never upload them, so your photo and your name stay with you.

Our promise

• No app to download, no login, no charges.
• Your photos and name never leave your phone.
• All messages, designs and music are made by our own team.

How the site stays free

The site is paid for by advertising. You may see Google AdSense ads, and from time to time we suggest other useful apps of ours. Ads never appear in the middle of making a photo or video. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.

Good to know

• Festival dates are based on panchang sources and government holiday lists. Some dates can differ by a day depending on region and calendar, so please check your local panchang for puja timings.
• Religious stories are shared as general information and are not a final authority on any tradition.
• You are responsible for the names and messages you put on a photo. Please do not create messages that insult anyone or pretend to be someone else.
• We are not connected with WhatsApp, Google or Facebook. Their names are used only to say where you can send your photo.
